Clinical Territory Managers are field-based clinical experts who educate healthcare professionals and patients on MiniMed Diabetes products and therapy solutions. This role requires strong clinical expertise, collaboration, and the ability to work independently across an assigned territory. Clinical Territory Managers will: - Educates patients, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals about intensive diabetes management using Medtronic Diabetes products. - Supports sales activities indirectly and serves as a technical resource for diabetes products and solutions. - Collaborates with sales counterparts and other departments to develop and implement territory growth strategies, identify opportunities, and ensure optimal patient experiences. - Troubleshoots clinical and technical issues related to Medtronic products and assists healthcare professionals in managing patient therapy for positive outcomes. - Consults and presents to individuals and groups, plans and manages assignments within budget, and travels within the assigned territory for seminars, events, and meetings. - Captures healthcare professional engagements via Salesforce in a timely and accurate manner. - Participates in ongoing competency development through training and attends conventions, forums, and meetings to increase product awareness. A valid registered license in one or more of the following fields: - Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) - Registered Nurse (RN) - Registered Dietitian (RD) - Physician Assistant (PA) - Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Pharmacist AND - Associate’s Degree and 4 years of clinical experience OR - Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of clinical experience Nice to Have - Bachelor’s degree - Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) or Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) preferred. - Prior sales experience. - Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook - Dependent on territory: Bilingual (Spanish) Field Roles: Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy. JOB OVERVIEW: This position is responsible for managing all B2B sales activities within a specific territory. This requires regular consultative contact with every account in a designated territory to grow merchandise, equipment, and service sales with existing customers and a heavy emphasis on obtaining new customers and sharing the Henry Schein value messaging.
