Role Description Pozice správce infrastruktury a rozvoje spadá rovněž pod vedení projektu a zaměřuje se na externí část našeho fungování. Manažer na této pozici má na starosti správu a optimalizaci všech platforem, které používáme, tedy od hostingových služeb přes ticketingové systémy až po Discord a webové služby. Jeho úkolem je zajistit, aby byly všechny nástroje využívány na maximum, aby byly správně nastavené a aby nám pomáhaly v každodenním provozu. Správce infrastruktury zároveň aktivně hledá nové možnosti, jak naši infrastrukturu posunout dál, navrhuje zlepšení a zajišťuje, že projekt působí profesionálně a spolehlivě. - Správa a optimalizace používaných platforem (Discord, web, ticketing, hosting) - Monitoring výkonu a dostupnosti služeb - Dokumentace nastavení a procesů - Hledání nových nástrojů a služeb pro zlepšení infrastruktury - Zajištění bezpečnosti a spolehlivosti externích služeb - Komunikace s vedením ohledně návrhů na zlepšení Qualifications - Zkušenosti se správou hostingových služeb (VPS, dedikované servery) - Znalost ticketing systémů (Freshdesk, Zoho Desk, Discord aplikace) - Schopnost monitorovat a vyhodnocovat výkon infrastruktury - Kreativita při hledání nových řešení a služeb - Spolehlivost, organizační schopnosti, jasná komunikace - Ochota podepsat smlouvu o odpovědnosti - Schopnost účastnit se hlasových pohovorů - Angličtina dostačující pro komunikaci Company Description Jsme největší FivePD komunita na CZ/SK scéně, kde můžeš zažít realistickou simulaci práce českých záchranných složek. Conducts interviews to obtain demographics and insurance information. Keys information into the Patient Registration System. Obtains appropriate signature on medical, legal and financial forms. Performs a variety of other clerical duties related to patient's admission, including but not limited to, verification of patients insurance information and prior account balances, preparation of patient's charts, and registration forms and addressograph plates.
