Role Description Réaliser des études statistiques dans le champ de l’éducation et de la formation (insertion professionnelle, climat scolaire…) : du recueil des données jusqu’à l’analyse et l’interprétation des résultats. Participer à l’évaluation d’actions (actions de formation…). Vos Missions - Prendre connaissance d’une demande/commande et définir les objectifs de l’étude. - Concevoir et mettre en place des outils de recueil de données : questionnaires, grille d’entretiens, guides d’enquête. - Réaliser l’apurement des bases de données. - Réaliser les traitements statistiques des données collectées (redressement, calage sur marges, tests statistiques, statistiques descriptives…). - Analyser les données, les mettre en forme. - Rédiger les documents de valorisation des résultats (rapports, synthèse…). - Rédiger les protocoles d’enquête et de traitement. - Gérer et sécuriser les bases de données, organiser leur classement et leur conservation. - Encadrer le travail d’enquêteurs vacataires. Qualifications - Connaissances en statistiques descriptives et en statistiques avancées (modèle LOGIT, pondération…). - Connaissances des principes éthiques et de la réglementation en matière de production et de diffusion d’informations statistiques. - Connaissances dans le domaine des sciences humaines et sociales. - Connaissances sur les systèmes éducatifs et de formation. - Connaissances sur les emplois dans les secteurs professionnels sous la responsabilité du ministère de l'agriculture. - Connaissances sur les nomenclatures (NAF, PCS) et outils utilisés par l'INSEE (macro cube, calmar…). - Connaissances des concepts « relations Emploi – Formation ». - Connaissances des évolutions du champ de la formation professionnelle et de son organisation. Requirements - Utilisation en maitrise de logiciels de traitement de données quantitatives (R ou SAS…). - Mise en œuvre des méthodes et techniques d'enquête notamment par questionnaire. - Utilisation en maîtrise de logiciels d’enquêtes (sphinx, limesurvey…). - Mise en œuvre de méthodes liées à l’évaluation d’actions, de projets, de politiques publiques. - Approche des méthodes d'intervention en sciences sociales. - Fortes capacités rédactionnelles, notamment pour l’élaboration de rapports et de synthèses. - Fortes capacités à travailler en équipe et avec des acteurs institutionnels divers. - Maitrise des usages des outils bureautiques (traitement de texte, outils de présentation, de traitement de données, de groupware, de visioconférence et de l’internet).
