Responsibilities - Defined and prioritized AI‑first product strategy and investments across multiple feature areas, translating customer, market, and business insights into vision memos, roadmaps, epics, and OKR‑aligned delivery plans. - Owned end‑to‑end roadmap execution by balancing tradeoffs with engineering, adapting to new inputs, and ensuring features met quality, security, privacy, compliance, accessibility, and ethical standards. - Drove early validation and scalable delivery through golden configurations, scenario walkthroughs, MVPs, and AI‑assisted prototyping; incorporated customer previews, telemetry, and synthetic feedback to refine positioning and feature value pre‑launch. - Measured and improved business and AI performance by defining KPIs and AI‑specific metrics, partnering with engineering and data science on compliant telemetry, running experiments, and optimizing adoption, reliability, and COGS. - Built trusted customer engagement loops via AI‑enabled communities, support channels, and feedback systems, translating real‑time insights into roadmap and experience improvements. - Led lifecycle decisions including deprecations, using data‑ and AI‑driven analysis to articulate tradeoffs, align stakeholders, coordinate customer messaging, and ensure smooth transitions. Qualifications Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree AND extensive experience in product/service/program management or software development - OR equivalent experience. - Experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework). - Extensive experience in improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn). - Extensive experience in disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product). - Extensive Computer networking experience Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree AND extensive experience in product/service/program management or software development - OR equivalent experience. - Experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework). - Extensive experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn). - Extensive experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product).
