• Provide administrative support for acquisitions, relocations, condemnation, and property management tasks • Process and track payment requests, invoices, and related documentation • Maintain accurate records, databases, and document files • Assist with preparing and reviewing real estate documents and correspondence • Coordinate task tracking and communication between teams and stakeholders • Support meetings, data entry, and general office functions • Notarize documents, if certified
Job Requirements
- BA/BS + 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- General knowledge of real estate and accounting practices and principles
- Able to take direction, clarify if uncertain of request, and make appropriate notes to understand and appropriately respond to consultants, and interface effectively and/or collaborate with others
- Ability to work well with others and able to develop trust rapport with consultants, colleagues, and other departments
- Ability to complete all tasks in a timely manner, while maintaining high professional standards
- Capability to track & manage specific tasks pertinent to each project
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships
- Proven ability to take initiative, demonstrate accountability, and ensure accuracy in all work performed
- Solid knowledge and experience in real estate processes and accounting principles
- Certified Notary Public with experience handling official documentation

Working the 2nd shift hours with a start time of 10:00 AM-2:00 PM ET, the Customer Technical Support Specialist role for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for providing technical support to our customers through telephone and other forms of communication (i.e. email, video conference, etc.). • Provide excellent customer service to all customers, partners, and internal stakeholders when interfacing with them • Follow all ticket SLA and notation departmental guidelines • Become knowledgeable about Agiloft and products with which we integrate, such as Active Directory, Adobe Sign, Outlook, Word, Excel and Salesforce • Take customer calls and manage the creation and submission of support tickets to track and resolve customer issues • Assist in generating software licenses and overseeing the installation of licenses to ensure customers have the appropriate access to their software • Perform routine server installations and refreshes following documentation to ensure maximum availability • Accurately gather necessary diagnostic information for issues outside of Tier 1 scope including steps to reproduce, screenshots, logs, error messages, and browser/environment details • Route unresolved cases to Tier 2 with clear and complete documentation. • Stay up to date on product features, platform updates, and documentation changes. • Other duties as assigned
