Role Description The Implementation & Deployment Lead owns the end-to-end execution of the dPlat implementation and deployment workflow, ensuring successful, on-time, and high-quality delivery for clients. This role initially serves as the Project Manager for Project Nirvana, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, dependencies, and risks, and acting as the primary driver of execution. Beyond individual implementations, this role is responsible for establishing, standardizing, and continuously improving repeatable implementation and deployment processes, leveraging lessons learned, metrics, and stakeholder feedback to improve scalability, efficiency, and client outcomes over time. Responsibilities - Implementation & Deployment Execution - Own the full lifecycle of dPlat implementations, from kickoff through production deployment - Serve as Project Manager for Project Nirvana, driving execution, accountability, and delivery - Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies - Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues impacting delivery - Cross-Functional Coordination - Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, Operations, and Client teams - Facilitate regular status reviews, stakeholder updates, and escalation management - Ensure alignment between technical delivery, business readiness, and client expectations - Process & Operating Model Development - Establish and evolve repeatable implementation and deployment playbooks - Define standard workflows, templates, and delivery artifacts - Incorporate lessons learned and post-implementation feedback into process improvements - Scalable, repeatable implementation processes adopted across teams - Quality, Readiness & Go-Live Management - Ensure implementation deliverables meet quality, security, and compliance standards - Lead go-live readiness reviews and deployment coordination Qualifications - Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional technology implementations - Experience managing enterprise or SaaS platform deployments - Demonstrated experience integrating with enterprise ERP systems, including SAP, Oracle, and similar platforms - Strong background in project management methodologies (Agile, hybrid, or waterfall as appropriate) - Experience with platform or data-driven products (e.g., dPlat or similar systems) - Experience working with regulated or enterprise clients Requirements - Normal, corrective vision range; ability to see color and to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols - Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, bend and reach - Ability to reach with hands and arms - Occasionally lift and/or move up to 30lbs Work Conditions The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Role Description Willdan is seeking a part-time Grocery Energy Specialist to support outreach for our utility incentive programs in the southern California region. The energy specialist will work in partnership with existing program staff including Program managers, Engineers, and Account Managers to drive and improve adoption of energy efficiency measures that are eligible for incentives through Willdan’s programs. This is a part-time, temporary, four month assignment with potential for extension based on program needs.
