Job Overview Preconstruction Electrical Estimator This role is responsible for leading all electrical estimating and preconstruction efforts for design-build data center projects. Working under negotiated open Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contracts, the goal is to provide absolute budget transparency while navigating the technical complexities of mission-critical electrical infrastructure. Core Candidate Mission The candidate must serve as a technical and financial anchor during the design phase.
