Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of experience in software development, systems engineering, or application support environments.
- 3+ years of experience in a Technical Lead or senior-level role guiding architecture and engineering teams.
- Proven experience in a Technical Lead or senior engineering role supporting enterprise applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Java, Spring Framework, Apache Tomcat
- .NET applications
- SQL development and performance optimization
- Oracle and/or PostgreSQL databases
- Experience supporting applications in AWS or similar cloud environments.
- Familiarity with SecDevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and secure development practices.
