Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Ecology, Environmental Science, or related field (Master’s preferred) - 10+ years of relevant experience, including biological fieldwork - Experience in one or more of the following states: TX, NM, AZ, NV, UT - Strong background in: - Ecological assessments and environmental impact analysis - Habitat conservation planning and biological resource management - Environmental permitting for energy projects - Experience with wildlife, bat, and avian permitting - Experience with BGEPA (eagle take permitting), ECPs, and EITPs - Strong technical writing and analytical skills - Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects - Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record without restrictions.
