About the Role SonderMind Professional Clinical Counselor, P.C (SPCC) is seeking a full-time Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (103 PMHNP) to provide high-quality psychiatric care, including diagnostic evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment planning for a diverse client population. This role is designed to offer clinicians predictability and meaningful earning potential through a structured productivity model. PMHNPs are supported by SonderMind’s care coordination, technology platform, and operational infrastructure, allowing them to focus on delivering consistent, high-quality care. Core Responsibilities: - Deliver High-Quality Psychiatric Care - provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans that align with clinical best practices and SonderMind standards. - Medication Management & Ongoing Care - manage and monitor medications, assess treatment progress, and adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal clinical outcomes. - Maintain Clinical Documentation Standards - complete timely, accurate, and compliant documentation for all client encounters in accordance with company, legal, and payer requirements. - Support Continuity of Care - collaborate with therapists, care coordinators, and other providers to ensure a seamless and integrated care experience for clients. - Meet Productivity Expectations - maintain a consistent schedule and meet baseline expectations for completed clinical encounters, with the opportunity to earn additional compensation through productivity-based incentives. - Leverage Technology & Tools - utilize the InSync platform and clinical tools to manage caseload, streamline documentation, and enhance care delivery.
