Job Description
Senior Implementation Project Manager
Bamboo Health
• Independently lead end-to-end implementation of Bamboo Health solutions, owning project outcomes across scope, timeline, quality, and client satisfaction with minimal day-to-day oversight. • Serve as a commanding yet consultative project leader, actively engaging clients and internal stakeholders to drive alignment, informed decision-making, and execution momentum. • Coordinate and influence cross-functional teams (product, engineering, operations, client stakeholders), driving accountability through clear expectations and follow-through rather than formal authority. • Own external-facing client engagement, including executive-level status updates, governance forums, escalation facilitation, and alignment on priorities and tradeoffs. • Lead complex, high-visibility implementations, demonstrating sound judgment and composure in high-pressure situations with executive exposure. • Establish strong project foundations by developing project structure, governance models, delivery plans, and documentation standards, particularly for new products or net-new client implementations. • Balance strategic context with hands-on delivery, regularly diving into execution details to identify risks, remove blockers, and maintain momentum. • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and constraints; drive resolution through partnership, influence, and thoughtful escalation when appropriate. • Hold internal and external stakeholders accountable for commitments and milestones through disciplined tracking, transparent communication, and consistent follow-through. • Manage multiple concurrent projects or workstreams, prioritizing effectively to ensure high-quality execution across competing demands. • Use project management tools, metrics, and reporting to assess project health, communicate progress, and support timely decision-making. • Identify opportunities within assigned projects to improve implementation effectiveness, structure, and client experience. • Explore opportunities to enhance workflows through AI or automation tools (e.g., document summarization, task routing, or data parsing).
