Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, and Recruiting
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting and onboarding
  • Experience in startup, fast-growth, or entrepreneurial environments preferred
  • Experience hiring executive or C-level talent preferred
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, benefits, and employee documentation
  • Experience using AI tools to improve recruiting or HR workflows preferred
  • Strong organizational and process-building skills

I.
