We are seeking a Proposal Manager to support corporate requirements. The Proposal Manager will coordinate and produce the required (RFI, PPQ, RFP etc.) response while coordinating across a proposal response team that has the skills to prepare and submit a winning proposal. Responsibilities include the introduction and implementation of all necessary proposal procedures and governance. This is a highly networked role that requires an ability to work under pressure and to meet challenging deadlines. Position Duties and Tasks: - End-to-End Delivery: Deliver compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer-defined timeframes. - Project Management: Serve as the central point of contact for assigned proposals, managing the day-to-day schedule, compliance matrix, and final submission. - RFP Analysis: Review RFPs to create detailed proposal outlines, development plans, and schedules to ensure 100% compliance with requirements. - Meeting Facilitation: Coordinate and lead kick-off meetings and color team reviews with partners and internal stakeholders. - Content Collaboration: Partner with senior staff and subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate technical concepts into compelling, client-focused content. - Proposal Writing: Draft and edit key proposal sections, including Corporate Experience, Past Performance, and Management Plans. - Task Management: Successfully manage multiple concurrent tasks under rapid turnaround requirements and strict deadlines. - Process Support: Assist in maintaining the proposal environment (SharePoint/Teams) to ensure version control and organized documentation. Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications: - Experience: Four (4) to six (6) years of direct proposal management experience. - Proven Track Record: Experience supporting successful task order pursuits and/or federal contract vehicles (GWAC/IDIQ). - Compliance Focus: Proven ability to plan and produce compliant proposals within a fast-paced business environment. - Meeting Leadership: Experienced in running kickoff meetings, facilitating review cycles, and coordinating final document production/delivery. - Technical Tools: Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. - Visual Literacy: Proficiency in updating or creating basic proposal graphics and flowcharts. Desired Experience, Skills, and Qualifications: - Experience: Four (4) to six (6) years of direct proposal management experience. - Knowledge Management: Experience using or updating a Content Library or Proposal Automation Solution (e.g., Monday.com Salesforce, etc.). *Remote work possible

Duties/Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage the full proposal life cycle for Federal Government solicitations (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, Sources Sought), from receipt through submission. Track milestones, deliverables, deadlines, and action items to ensure on time, compliant submissions.
