This is a remote position. One of Cox Consulting Network’s (CCN) clients is seeking a Manager-Level Accounting Consultant to support a newly acquired business during a 2+ month engagement. This fully remote role will be instrumental in building and enhancing scalable processes, strengthening financial operations, and delivering clear, actionable insights to leadership. Requirements - 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including general ledger ownership - Strong experience in accounts receivable and revenue recognition workflows - Proven ability to build, improve, and scale accounting processes in ambiguous environments - Experience reviewing financial results vs. forecast and analyzing variances - Hands-on experience with SAP - Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide clear, actionable insights - Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment Preferred Requirements: - Experience with SAP HANA - Background supporting newly acquired or transitioning business units - Experience with reserve calculations and vendor spend analysis - Prior experience managing or mentoring accounting/AR teams - Strong communication skills and ability to partner cross-functionally Benefits CCN offers a competitive compensation package along with comprehensive benefits for consultants. - 100% of premiums paid for Medical, Dental, and Vision for employee consultants working over 30 hours/week - 401k with 5% immediate vesting employer match - Health Savings Account with employer contribution - Opportunity to earn a spot at our awesome consultant awards trip!
