Job Responsibilities: - Establish external business opportunities for out-licensing, co-development, and other structured transactions. - Lead the development and presentation of business cases of prioritized external opportunities with recommendations to management team with robust analyses, key assumptions, and risks, as well as internal and external input where necessary. - Initiate, lead and present external opportunities with limited supervision. - Lead driving cross-functional due diligence and alliance management, coordinate with R&D, CMC, Clinical, Regulatory, Operations, and Finance and executive reporting, in some instances be the main BD contact person. - Follow BD operations and transactions including proposals and TS developments,negotiations, deal closure and alliance management. - Contribute to the definition and revision of business development & licensing strategy that is in line with overall corporate and portfolio strategies. - Represent Biocytogen at industry, investor and partnering conferences, develop and maintain relationships with a wide range of pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry participants.
Job Requirements
- Ph.D. in pharmacology, immunology, cancer biology, or a related biomedical science field
- Strong background in antibody drug discovery, with a deep understanding of target validation and hit-to-lead optimization
- Proven ability to interpret complex biological data (affinity, specificity, and in vivo efficacy) and translate it into a compelling therapeutic and licensing narrative
- Familiarity with current antibody modalities, including monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), bispecific antibodies, and ADCs
- Strong strategic thinking skills to align internal scientific platform capabilities with pharmaceutical partner pipeline gaps
- Mandarin and English bilingual, to effectively bridge global R&D and business communications

Job Description WGL Energy - Sr. Business Development Manager The Senior Business Development Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth across both direct end-use customers and a network of energy brokers/consultants. This individual will source, develop, and close new business opportunities, manage renewal pipelines, and expand the company’s broker ecosystem. You have: - 7+ years of experience in retail energy sales, business development, or channel management. - Proven track record selling electricity and/or natural gas within competitive retail energy markets. - Strong existing relationships with energy brokers and/or demonstrated ability to build new channel partnerships. - Deep understanding of deregulated energy markets, price components, load shapes, and forward markets. - Ability to develop and present formal presentations to internal and external groups - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to uncover customer needs and develop tailored solutions. - Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure, manage tight timelines, and maintain a high level of energy and motivation. - Excellent stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to collaborate across functions and influence without authority. - High emotional resilience and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long‑term relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams. - Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. (Additional relevant experience may substitute for education.) Compensation: We offer a competitive salary range of $99,500. - $ 144,425 per year, commensurate with experience, education, and skills.
