Position Overview The Healthcare Business Relationship Specialist plays a key role in strengthening and growing our partnerships within the healthcare sector. This role is a critical liaison between Medical Guardian, and our healthcare channel partners, working closely with Key Account Managers, payers, installers, and internal teams to deliver best-in-class service and support. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of our products and offerings, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to navigate and resolve complex issues efficiently and professionally. Schedule: Monday through Friday 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM ET. Flexibility required for occasional evening and weekend coverage. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with partners and internal stakeholders to drive partner satisfaction and growth. - Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound communications (phone and email) with professionalism and urgency. - Own and resolve partner issues from start to finish, ensuring timely follow-up and complete resolution. - Support the onboarding and ongoing training of partners, delivering clear and engaging product and process presentations. - Collaborate across departments to coordinate solutions and improve partner experience. - Provide dedicated support to our Senior Living and Healthcare partners, both enterprise and non-enterprise. - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed while maintaining partner trust and satisfaction.

Position Purpose: Perform various analysis and interpretation to link business needs and objectives for assigned function. - Support business initiatives through data analysis, identification of implementation barriers and user acceptance testing of new systems. - Identify and analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing processes. - Perform detailed analysis on assigned projects, recommend potential business solutions and assist with implementation. - Identify ways to enhance performance management and operational reports related to new business implementation processes. - Develop and incorporate organizational best practices into business applications. - Lead problem solving and coordination efforts between various business units. - Assist with formulating and updating departmental policies and procedures. - Performs other duties as assigned. - Complies with all policies and standards. Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. 2-4 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare. Project management experience preferred. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.
