• Translate the overarching enterprise strategy into tactical, executable data features and epics • Serve as the primary functional lead for the Data Integration and Data Quality pods • Define and document the core business rules, data mapping requirements, and acceptance criteria specifically required for features • Partner with dedicated Business Analysts (BAs) in a structured handoff, providing clear feature definitions • Manage and prioritize the feature backlog exclusively for the Data Integration and Data Quality pods • Document comprehensive data requirements, including integration logic and quality remediation to ensure assets meet enterprise standards • Act as the day-to-day liaison between the Lead Data Strategist and the execution pods • Participate in Agile execution ceremonies to represent the business intent and validate developed solutions

• Build executive-level presentations that drive the story of Ledgebrook forward • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to execute on key strategic initiatives • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to build emerging business cases • Partner with leadership to develop presentations and content that outline Ledgebrook’s strategic vision and business results to our Board of Directors, investors, and business partners • Develop and exhibit a deep understanding of our enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and build business cases to influence the next stage of our journey • Understand and compile data to frame Ledgebrook’s performance to key stakeholders • Conduct market research to identify competitive intelligence, new product opportunities, and emerging trends in the E&S space • Lead and project manage cross-functional efforts with our underwriting, tech, operations, and reinsurance teams on a variety of go-to-market initiatives • Provide ad hoc support to key company events, such as partner summits and offsites

• Drive service performance, reliability, and operational discipline for CT modality. • Monitor, analyze, and report CT product and service performance. • Lead data-driven deep dives on recurring CT performance issues. • Act as performance owner within the CT Problem Case Management process. • Serve as performance partner for CT Modality Leads and TSS.

Title: Commercial Analyst Location: Remote United Kingdom Full time Leads cross-functional proposal processes, stakeholders, and timelines to ensure contract proposals and/or modifications are completed accurately throughout the project lifecycle.   This is a great opportunity for individuals that have experience from study placements or those looking to move into a commercial based environment. You'll be joining a supportive team working closely with experienced professionals and full training will be provided. Essential Functions and Other Job Information: - Leads the proposal bid and budget negotiation process, synthesizing detailed client requirements with internal data in collaboration with key internal stakeholders to determine appropriate resource and budget allocations for project plans and study strategies. - Reviews request for proposal (RFP) information to ensure it has adequate information for budget preparation. - Leads proposal bidding strategy calls to discuss customer requirements and budget strategy development and/or modifications. - Works within bidding system to ensure accurate bidding and timely data mapping in client grid templates. - Finalizes documents for distribution to the customer and internal departments, performing quality control edits to ensure accuracy, proper data formatting, and compliance with contract requirements. - Ensures proposals concisely and accurately reflect strategy discussions, meet client needs, offer consistent messaging, include relevant differentiators, and convey value proposition and critical success factors.   Education and Experience:  Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (or equivalent working experience) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:    - Strong organizational and project administration skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under different pressures with competing priorities - Ability to juggle multiple tasks while still delivering high quality results - Strong communication skills in order to translate requirementsfor senior team members - Strong analytical skills as you'll be reviewing and manipulating complex data sets - High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentation of data - Confidence to handle sensitive information and make sound recommendations - Familiarity with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot) and an interest in how they can improve productivity
