This role leads the organisation’s early careers and skills agenda, overseeing the transition from the Apprenticeship Levy to the Skills and Growth Levy and ensuring funding is used effectively to support both new talent and existing employees. Acting as the internal expert on levy policy the role manages providers, compliance and reporting while translating policy into practical action. It also drives the development and delivery of a forward-looking skills strategy, identifying capability gaps and working with leaders to build clear development plans. About you: - Demonstrable experience managing apprenticeship levy funding, including digital account management, provider relationships, and compliance. - A solid understanding of the Skills and Growth Levy and the implications of the transition from the current Apprenticeship Levy framework. - Experience developing or contributing to a skills or learning strategy in a complex, multi-site organisation. - Experience managing or partnering with training providers and awarding bodies. - Proven ability to conduct skills gap analysis and translate findings into practical development plans. Food & Beverage Product Development Manager

Role Description As Food & Beverage Product Development Manager, you will work closely with suppliers and the wider business to lead the product development and innovation of our Food and Beverage offering within clubs. You will support with driving member retention through: - Developing an exciting, innovative, and healthy range of quality food and beverage products - Delivering a premium experience to all our members through training development - Maintaining a strong knowledge of industry needs and trends Working remotely with travel to clubs in the UK and sometimes Europe, the position will require some evening and weekend work for example when: - Leading and delivering training to our in-club teams - Conducting consumer trials - Delivering ad hoc projects Qualifications - A degree in Food Product Development, or City & Guilds Level 3, or several years equivalent experience working in a similar role or branded casual dining experience is desirable - Food Safety Level 3 & Advanced Food Allergen qualification is desirable - Knowledge of menu costing and nutritional software packages - Experience of writing training manuals and templates Benefits - Free Club Membership for you and your family! - 50% Discount on food and drinks - Discounts on Swimming, Tennis Lessons, and Personal Training - Opportunities for Career Advancement through internal training and development - Wagestream App: Get paid on demand! - Access to our Benefits Suite Company Description Join us and help us create a thriving and inclusive culture.
