The Marketing Operations & Activation Lead, EMEA is responsible for driving campaign excellence, Demand Generation activation, and high-impact market presence across EMEA. Acting as the operational bridge between Global campaign priorities and regional execution, this role ensures consistent rollout through strong governance, readiness planning, asset deployment, and performance follow-through across priority markets. This position reports to the EMEA Marketing Director and is part of the EMEA Commercial Organization and will be fully remote covering the EMEA Region. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Lead the rollout and localization of global campaigns across EMEA, ensuring readiness, consistency, and high-quality execution across priority markets. - Drive demand generation activation in partnership with Sales, focusing on increasing marketing-influenced pipeline, lead quality, and conversion across the funnel. - Define and implement campaign governance, processes, and tools (SFDC, asset deployment, tracking) to ensure visibility, consistency, and operational excellence. - Monitor campaign and channel performance (digital, events, webinars), translating insights into actionable improvements to strengthen ROI and commercial impact. - Lead and develop a team responsible for campaign deployment and activation, ensuring prioritization, accountability, and strong execution cadence across markets. The essential requirements of the job include - A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Life Sciences. - Extensive number of years experience in B2B marketing within Healthcare / MedTech / Diagnostics / Life Sciences in a matrixed environment - Proven people leadership capability, including coaching, prioritization, performance management, and building execution rhythm across a team of direct reports - Proven experience driving Campaign Excellence / Growth Marketing activation, ensuring consistent deployment across multiple markets partnering with Sales and commercial stakeholders to support Demand Generation activation and funnel influence - Strong experience leading major Tier 1 tradeshows and exhibitions, from strategy to delivery and post-event performance reporting - Strong experience in Salesforce (SFDC.com) including lead lifecycle understanding, reporting basics, and campaign/lead tracking principles - Proven experience supporting Digital Marketing execution (email campaigns, landing pages, webinars, paid/organic activation coordination, developing and monitoring KPIs such as engagement, conversion, lead quality etc) and the ability to translate performance signals into practical improvements that strengthen execution and commercial alignment. Travel, requirements: - Ability to travel 30%- 50% of the time, for internal and external meetings (Key Tradeshows, exhibitions etc) It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: - Translating market insights and customer segmentation into targeted marketing strategies that drive growth across diverse and complex markets, using VoC surveys and tools to support that. - Demonstrating strong commercial acumen, with the ability to connect marketing activities to revenue outcomes, win rates, and share of wallet expansion - Shaping customer engagement strategies in tender-driven markets, including pre-tender engagement and value-based positioning to influence specification and decision criteria.
