Role Description ECS is seeking a ServiceNow Enterprise Architect to work remotely. We are currently seeking a strong ServiceNow Enterprise Architect with a strong process and governance background. Responsibilities include: - Maintaining awareness and providing feedback for application reviews. - Leading a group of other Solution Architects and Technical Leads to drive consistent standards and outcomes. - Providing feedback and maintaining the enterprise Roadmap. - Creating implementation and support ROMs. - Understanding ServiceNow licensing and best practices to minimize license utilization. - Collaborating and improving on platform monitoring and health checks. - Optimizing, transforming, and ensuring organizations are efficient and effective across the ServiceNow platform. - Architecting customer solutions, providing support to sales, and participating in the SOW process. - Engaging in setting standards and education on new or updated applications within ServiceNow.
