This is a remote position. SUMMARY The ServiceNow Architect serves a dual role as both platform architect and senior developer. This role is responsible for designing scalable, secure, and supportable ServiceNow solutions while also actively contributing to complex development and integrations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the ServiceNow platform supports Managed Services requirements across all teams. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Design ServiceNow architecture aligned to Managed Services business objectives - Lead development of complex workflows, integrations, and automations - Serve as technical authority for ServiceBridge and eBonding implementations - Define platform standards, development patterns, and integration frameworks - Perform senior-level development including scripting, APIs, and data integrations - Review and approve technical designs and code from other developers - Partner with Internal IT architects to ensure alignment and avoid conflicts - Support platform performance, scalability, and security best practices - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers QUALIFICATIONS - 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience - Deep expertise in Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Scripted APIs, and custom applications - Strong understanding of ITSM, CMDB, and platform architecture - Experience integrating ServiceNow with external platforms and client systems - Nice to have - ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or progress toward CTA - Experience in MSP or Managed Services environments - Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP, JSON, OAuth, and enterprise integrations JOB REQUIREMENTS - Should be willing to accept a long-term work-from-home arrangement. - Should be amenable to a permanent night shift schedule.
