• Executes on all phases of the renewal process • Pricing proposal • Negotiation • Contract creation • Identifies customer requirements, uncovers roadblocks, and executes renewal strategies to retain customers and increase ARR • Identify opportunities for upsell and expansion • Proactively identifies churn risk by analyzing adoption and health metrics in partnership with the Customer Success Managers • Actively participates in the development and execution of cross-functional churn risk mitigation strategies
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a Sales, Operations, Customer Success, or Account Management role
- Consistent achievement of retention and upsell targets
- Experience building credibility, trust, and rapport with stakeholders at all levels, both within and outside of the organization
- A business focused mindset with strong commercial capabilities
- Excellent communication, strong project management and organization skills
- Salesforce experience is strongly preferred
- Flexible schedule to accommodate US-based customer hours
- Language requirements: English.

Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research (“the Foundation”) is seeking top talent for its Senior Philanthropy Relationship Manager position. Reporting to the Director of Major Gifts, this role will manage a curated portfolio of high-level major gift donors. This position develops and maintains strong collaborative working relationships with colleagues within Development and across the Foundation. On a day-to-day basis, this role is an active relationship steward and frontline fundraiser, managing the overall strategy, planning, execution, and delivery of bespoke donor engagement plans that support their portfolio strategy and revenue goals. This position energizes and motivates those around them and will regularly demonstrate the Foundation’s core values of optimism, tenacity, collaboration, boldness, adaptability, and curiosity. This position will be based remotely within the Midwest/Mountain regions of the United States.
