Tundra Federal is looking for a Requirements Manager to support a DoD customer. This position requires a detail-oriented and proactive Requirements Manager to support the successful delivery of IT infrastructure initiatives, including server migrations and hardware technology refresh projects. This role will work closely with the Project Manager and Co-Requirements Manager to ensure projects are planned, executed, and completed efficiently while meeting customer requirements and timelines. Support the Project Manager in all phases of project management, including planning, scheduling, execution, and closeout. Coordinate and track activities related to hardware installs and server migrations. Assist in organizing and managing deployment efforts across multiple environments. Facilitate clear and consistent communication with stakeholders at various organizational levels. Document and distribute meeting minutes, action items, and project updates. Prepare and submit migration requests in accordance with established processes. Monitor project timelines, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed. Provide support for additional network and core service projects as assigned. Responsibilities - Responsible for various project management tasks and managing requirements for migrating servers in support of a hardware tech refresh project. - Supports the lead Project Manager in all phases of managing the project, including planning, scheduling, coordinating system deployments, etc. - Hosts teleconferences according to times required by customer, manage communications with stakeholders at various levels, and document meeting minutes. - Responsible for submitting migration requests; possibly on-site at a local base. - May also be tasked to support other network core service projects.
