• Develop complex features in Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud • Design and implement robust solutions using Salesforce Lightning, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) • Perform code reviews, propose architectural improvements, and ensure the quality of delivered code • Diagnose and resolve critical technical issues in Salesforce environments, anticipate risks, and ensure scalability • Provide technical guidance to team members and promote development and versioning best practices • Propose and implement API integrations between Salesforce and external systems, ensuring security and performance • Ensure compliance with security standards and Salesforce platform best practices.

Job Requirements

  • Advanced expertise in Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
  • Solid experience developing with Salesforce Lightning, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Ability to design scalable and secure APIs integrated with Salesforce
  • Strong experience in code review, version control (advanced Git usage), and CI/CD practices tailored for Salesforce
  • Advanced knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and performance problem-solving on the platform
  • Experience with solution architecture for complex systems, considering scalability, security, and system integration.
