About The Job Service within Business Unit Separation Technologies, Food & Pharma Division is a high priority area, with a clear growth strategy and strong focus on proactive service. To support this journey, we are strengthening our central team with a dedicated specialist who will help optimize the performance of our decanter centrifuges in the field and ensure excellent customer experience. Within Service, we continuously develop new products and services while improving existing offerings. We are committed to proactively delivering customer value and ensuring reliable, sustainable performance. Key responsibilities: - Support and execute FAT and commission new installations. - Expert troubleshooting on Decanter installations. - Training of sales company field service engineers and customers. - Strong skills in Electrical, mechanical, knowing control systems and decanter tuning process knowledge. - Be part of development and execution of new services for business unit separation technologies service department. - Install & commission control system upgrades and condition monitoring systems. - Technical support for Decanter (Remote support, helpdesk, claim investigations etc.) This position can be based anywhere in the world, with an expected international travel commitment of up to 70% When not traveling, you can work from home. What You Know - Several years of experience with Alfa Laval decanter systems in industrial applications is required - Knowledge of high-speed separators is an advantage, but not a requirement - Strong technical skills within mechanical and electrical disciplines, with the ability to work with control systems - Hands-on mindset with a strong willingness to learn and develop continuously - Fluent in English, both written and spoken - Willingness to travel worldwide About You You are a strong team player who can also work independently, with a clear service mindset and strong customer focus.
