In this critical role, you will support our global Life Sciences Professional Services team to implement Emerson’s Real-Time Scheduling (RTS) / Discrete Event Simulation (DES) solutions to develop finite scheduling, debottlenecking, and capacity analysis of complex manufacturing processes. You will guide our Life Sciences industry customers through best practices, support software deployment, and, ultimately, help optimize their critical manufacturing operations. For this Role, You Will Need: - Bachelor’s degree, with min of 5 years of relevant experience. - Proficiency with discrete event simulation tools (e.g., FlexSim, Simio, Technomatix). - Strong understanding of probability and statistics. - Ability to independently develop programmatic software solutions for novel problems (e.g., C#, C++). - Experience with mathematical modeling and scripting languages (e.g., VBA, Python, Matlab). - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for customer interactions. - Availability to travel across Europe for short or extended assignments ( up to 15%). - Proficient in English (written and spoken). • Develop countermeasures to detect advanced threats based on research and intelligence from the CTU team. • Analyze endpoint behaviors and logs to design detections using multi-source telemetry. • Continuously refine and monitor detection rules to optimize the signal-to-noise ratio for alerts. • Research and implement alert handling for new device ingestions, ensuring high-value signal delivery. • Leverage internal tooling to distinguish native from standard integrations for detection accuracy. • Collaborate on the development of internal tools, automation, and detection infrastructure. • Act as a subject matter expert across departments including Product Management, Marketing, and Labs Research.

This engagement is focused on building an internal AI platform that enables developers to ship AI-powered services efficiently. Scope includes model connectivity, prompt testing and evaluation, monitoring/observability, and the underlying AI infrastructure layer. The objective is to improve DevEx and reduce time-to-market for AI features. Location: Serbia (relocation support available), Croatia, Poland, Portugal Tasks - Build and operate the AI platform infrastructure enabling developers to ship LLM-based services faster. - Implement and maintain Kubernetes-based runtime environments (incl. AKS) for AI workloads. - Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform (modules, environments, CI/CD automation). - Support LLM workflows: RAG, agents, prompt experimentation, evaluations, and deployment patterns. - Integrate and operate tooling such as Azure AI Foundry, LiteLLM, Langfuse, MLflow. - Orchestrate pipelines using Kubeflow Pipelines and/or Argo Workflows (build, deploy, evaluate). - Improve platform reliability and observability (monitoring, logging, tracing, cost/perf signals). - Collaborate closely with developers to streamline DX (APIs, templates, docs, golden paths, automation). Requirements - Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production (preferably AKS). - Solid Terraform expertise (IaC best practices, multi-env setups). - Practical experience supporting ML/LLM workloads in a platform or DevOps/MLOps context. - Proficiency in Python for automation, scripting, and supporting APIs/evaluation tooling. - Understanding of CI/CD, release processes, and production-grade operations. - Ability to work under tight timelines and deliver pragmatically.
