Job Summary Your Career The Solutions Consultant is the evolution of the traditional Sales Engineering role, aligning how we best serve our customers in understanding their environment, providing solution guidance and ensuring value realization in their investment with Palo Alto Networks. As a Solutions Consultant you provide technical leadership and expertise and guidance in your customer’s security transformation journey. You will play a key role in defining technical solutions that secure a customer’s key business imperatives and ensuring value realization of their investment with Palo Alto Networks. You evangelize our industry leadership in on-prem, cloud, and security operations services that establish PANW as your customer’s cybersecurity partner of choice. Your Impact Curiosity is core to the Solutions Consultant role, and you see complex problems as opportunities to learn and deliver innovative solutions! You define your impact by: - Meeting and exceeding sales quotas by building and implementing strategic, technical account plans that target cross-platform solutions. - Understands Key customer business requirements and has the ability to position, demonstrate and create high level designs across the entire PANW portfolio solutions creating business value for customers. - Ability to drive customer adoption of Palo Alto Networks Platform. Building customer relationships by helping customers achieve increased productivity, operational efficiency, security efficacy, and greater flexibility to innovate. - Conducting discovery to understand and articulate the key technical, operational, and commercial imperatives of your prospects and customers - Working closely with Professional Services, Customer Success and Specialist teams to ensure overall customer implementation and adoption of solutions. - Demonstrating strong communication skills, influencing through effective presentations and customer-specific demos, and conducts technical engagements and workshops that are clear and impactful, simplifying complex ideas for various audiences - Leading successful technical validation efforts based on best practices to ensure technical win in assigned opportunities. - Demonstrates Cross functional leadership driving collaboration and orchestrating supporting resources (Specialists, Channel Resources, Customer Support) to ensure a one-team approach that demonstrates a cohesive strategy. - Promoting end-to-end solutions that include PANW and/or partner professional services to ensure customers realize business value sooner - Understanding the competitive landscape and effectively differentiating PANW's leadership in the cybersecurity space - Continuously investing in yourself to develop technical and professional skills that drive your ever-increasing contributions to success of our customers while actively participating within the Solutions Consultant community and at industry events - Identifying technical stakeholders and cultivating relationships with key personas to build and drive a security architecture transformation roadmap Qualifications Your Experience - 8+ years experience in pre-sales/sales engineering - Skilled in at least one of the following Networking, Network Security, Cybersecurity, Private/Public Cloud Security, SOC/Endpoint or SASE. - Experience in delivering cybersecurity solutions that solve technical challenges and influence new business initiatives is preferred - Influencing and gaining buy-in from key stakeholders, either in a customer-facing or internal role; prior experience in a pre-sales role is ideal - Creating and delivering technical presentations, workshops, or technical validation engagements - Experience in selling, designing, implementing, or managing one or more of the following solutions: Network Security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP and/or SOC Transformation Technologies - Partnering with Customer Support functions to ensure successful implementation and adoption of sold solutions - Experience in complex sales involving long sales processes with multiple buying centers and multi-product solutions are preferred - This is a field sales position where travel requirements may be required to support in person customer meetings, please discuss with the recruiter on the specifics for this position. - Proficient in English Our Commitment We’re trailblazers that dream big, take risks, and challenge cybersecurity’s status quo. ESSENTIAL CRITERIA: - Willingness to travel to client sites globally, must have a passport, heavy travel 75%+ - Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Proven experience as a Smart Workspace Engineer or similar role. - A willingness to be trained on Smart Workspace technologies, including IoT solutions. - Willingness to be trained on Smart Workspace control. - Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively. - Excellent communication skills to interact with project teams, clients, and end-users. - Detail-oriented mindset to ensure systems are designed and commissioned to the highest standards. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. - Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines. - Professional demeanor and a customer-focused approach to client interactions. Role Description ADTRAV is seeking Travel Consultants to be responsible for all aspects of travel management for our clients. This includes conversing with customers through multiple communication channels to determine destination, mode of transportation, travel dates, financial considerations, and accommodations required. The Travel Consultant will also be responsible for booking and issuing domestic and complex international airline itineraries, hotel reservations, and car and train reservations through a GDS system. - Answer calls and emails promptly from clients who are requesting new travel arrangements or changes to existing itineraries. - Utilize Sabre to book and issue airline, hotel, car, and other reservations, accurately and efficiently. - Maintain sufficient account knowledge to assist clients without delay. - Check queues daily to ensure accuracy and that all issued tickets are complete. - Maintain service non-stop programs such as preferred vendors, Waiver/Favors, RezCritiques, and Vacation Referrals. - Provide travel expertise to clients. - Send quotes for international travel; break rules down to see if there are restrictions or are non-refundable, understand open skies and FAA rules. - Meet KPIs as outlined by management (e.g., productivity, transactions, etc.), including maintaining consistent attendance and adherence to the schedule. - Communicate with airlines on flight changes, seating, and upgrades and provide updates to the client as needed. - Follow ADTRAV policies, procedures, and approved workflows on how to service travelers. - Provide excellent customer service in every interaction with travelers. Show empathy and be able to identify and solve traveler issues. - Communicate effectively with other agents and employees to solve problems, gather information, and service travelers. - Become knowledgeable in ADTRAV's industry and customer base. - Participate in ongoing training to continuously build knowledge and skills in the industry. - Represent ADTRAV by embracing the company values and maintaining effective working relationships with employees, partners, vendors, and clients. - Adhere to company policies and procedures. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent required. - At least 2 years of experience booking domestic and international travel; complex international a plus. - Experience using a GDS System; Sabre required, Amadeus a plus. - Highly knowledgeable of city, airline, hotel, and car rental codes. - Understanding of federal travel regulations, Fly America Act and Open Skies Agreement. - Strong computer and typing skills, which includes the ability to navigate quickly between programs and using shortcut keys. - Demonstrated experience learning and using technology, and ability to use multiple applications and monitors at one time. - Ability to consistently deliver excellent customer service, internally and externally. - Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel). - Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. - Excellent listening skills; able to listen to and respond to the traveler’s needs and clarify as needed. - Strong attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality. - Highly self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and complete tasks with minimal supervision. - Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to communicate ideas and concepts clearly and concisely, while also being open to receive feedback and direction as needed. - Able to present a professional and positive demeanor with internal and external customers/clients and work cooperatively. - Ability to work remotely and meet the company home-office requirements. - Able to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time, without leaving the work area. - Be able to successfully attend and pass new hire and department specific training. - Able to maintain confidentiality of company and client information. - Able to work a schedule that falls between Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm CT.
