We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our Sales team to help drive the company's growth. This is a dynamic role where you will contribute across the organization, own a territory and manage the full sales lifecycle. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, supporting client relationships, and meeting sales targets. What You’ll be Doing: - Selling into a territory, prospecting, working with pre-sales and other teams. - Help establish and maintain "growth oriented" relationships with wealth management firms, managing relationships, and growing the footprint of OneVest. - Maintain a consistent network of external professional relationships. - Conduct client meetings and presentations to identify needs and propose appropriate solutions. - Work with marketing, product and development to drive growth. - Collaborate with internal teams to build strategies to win deals. Must Haves: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or financial services. - Prior experience or exposure to sales within financial institutions is an asset. - Ability to assist in originating and managing a sales pipeline. - Strong skills in presentation, presentation materials creation, and solution selling. - Experience supporting the execution of sales strategies from end-to-end. - Knowledge of fintech, wealth & asset management, and capital markets. - Excellent communicator who can translate technical details into clear value propositions. - Self-starter and independent thinker comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative growth environment. Qualifications - Experience closing small deals or supporting high‑volume BDR motions, with a strong interest in owning revenue. - Ability to identify and act on expansion opportunities within existing customer relationships. - Highly organized and comfortable working within defined sales processes. - Effective partner to Account Executives and cross‑functional teams. - Experience supporting or executing sales and marketing campaigns. - High degree of energy, enthusiasm, flexibility, and confidence.
