We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to take full ownership of our operational infrastructure. This role is critical in enabling the founders to focus on scaling the brand by building and optimizing the systems that support growth. This is not a maintenance role. this is a build-from-scratch opportunity. You will design, implement, and refine processes across the entire supply chain and operational ecosystem. Responsibilities: - Take full ownership of end-to-end operations including suppliers, logistics, inventory, and compliance - Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers, 3PL partners, freight providers, and compliance stakeholders - Manage supplier relationships, including communication, payments, timelines, and capacity planning - Monitor production schedules and proactively address delays or risks - Track defect rates and collaborate with suppliers to improve quality control processes - Build and manage inventory tracking systems - Forecast demand and recommend reorder strategies with appropriate buffer planning - Optimize stock levels to balance availability and cost efficiency - Manage 3PL and freight relationships - Audit invoices and ensure cost accuracy - Coordinate inbound shipments and ensure smooth warehouse operations - Continuously identify opportunities to improve fulfillment efficiency - Coordinate packaging updates with internal and external design teams - Manage operational setup for new SKUs, including production, certifications, and packaging readiness - Track and manage product certifications and regulatory requirements - Maintain organized and up-to-date operational and legal documentation - Ensure compliance issues are proactively addressed - Build scalable SOPs for all repeatable processes - Establish systems that allow future team members to onboard seamlessly - Partner with Customer Service to identify recurring product issues - Feed insights back into supplier relationships and product improvements

• Oversee the planning, execution, and support of clinical site management contracting activities performed by SCBAs • Recruit, manage and lead SCAs across their respective region • Ensure SCAs are adequately trained and support training needs • Ensure SCAs achieve expected quality compliance standards • Allocate study assignments and coordinate the activities of SCBAs • Ensure SCBAs meet expected study timelines and study objectives • Support SCBAs with resolution of significant legal, budget, or payment related issues • Perform periodic review of SCBA processes to ensure maximum efficiency without adversely affecting customer service • Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and team effectiveness • Encourage innovation and continuous learning within the team

• Survey Design & Configuration: Transform draft feasibility questionnaires into an electronic survey platform with clear, intuitive formatting. • Site & Investigator Readiness: Perform quality checks on potential investigators before survey deployment. • Survey Management & Execution: Lead survey launch activities and oversee ongoing monitoring. • Site Identification Strategy: Execute the agreed site‑identification strategy, including application of priority site designations. • Close‑Out Activities: Oversee survey closure, including final site notifications and completion of assigned wrap‑up tasks.

• Set up and manage the local pharmacovigilance system, including oversight of local PV activities. • Local Literature Search • Local ICSR Collection and Management • PV Intelligence Screening • Local PSMF Maintenance • Setting up Local Organized Data Collection • Local PVA Management • Local adaptation and submission of PSUR / RMP • Local signal detection • Implementation of additional Risk Minimization Measures • Reviewing materials relating to local post-authorization safety studies • Participate in PV-relevant audits and inspections • Attend regular meetings according to project meeting schedule • Provide monthly PV report on status of local PV system in the country/ies • Ensure PV training of affiliate employees, service providers and Third Parties • Close cooperation with the global PV system of the client as well as related global and local departments and functions • Issue, review and maintain pharmacovigilance procedures (i.e. Standard Operating Procedures, Working Practices) related to the local tasks in connection with client procedures • Close cooperation with the respective Deputy and providing the Deputy with information on relevant current PV activities • Identify and escalate any Medical Information requests to an appropriate team according to applicable timelines. • 24/7 availability with the Competent Authority in the country for pharmacovigilance-related matters. • Act as official liaison with the Competent Authority in the country for pharmacovigilance-related matters. • Maintain oversight of local PV system to ensure compliance with national laws and regulations. • Notify the health authority promptly of significant safety concerns, product recalls or changes in the benefit-risk profile of the products. • Coordinate the distribution of national safety communications, such as Direct Healthcare Professional Communications. • Ensure local pharmacovigilance system updates and validations. • Internally, serving as point of contact for the EU-QPPV and the global PV team. • Deputy is assuming responsibility in case of planned or unplanned absence.
