Through hands-on learning, real business problem-solving, and coaching from industry experts, the program enables companies to accelerate digital, AI, and transformation initiatives. Backed by the Singapore government and aligned with national digitalization goals, eligible companies can receive up to 90% funding support through SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG). A “restless” mindset—continuously testing and refining messaging, outreach hooks, and engagement strategies—is key to success in this role. Candidates based in Singapore are preferred due to the role’s focus on Singapore-based clients. Candidates outside Singapore may be considered if they have recent, direct experience supporting Singapore-based customers Compensation and Perks - Base salary: SGD $3,500 – $5,200 per month, Remote work - Variable compensation: approximately SGD $750 per appointment-to-deal conversion - 12-month contract with potential for renewal based on performance - Opportunity to work on a high-impact, government-supported initiative - Exposure to digital transformation, AI, and SME growth strategies - Experience working within a fast-paced, startup-style environment backed by Boston Consulting Group #LI-Remote #LI-JM1 Thank you for considering this opportunity.
