Clarion Home Services Group is seeking a Dispatch Support Specialist to manage the daily logistics of our field technicians. This role is central to our operations, ensuring that HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service calls are matched with the right technician based on priority and location. Please note that we are exclusively seeking candidates for full-time employment; part-time shifts are not available for this role. - Schedule: Standard daytime hours. - Availability: Candidates must be available to work rotating Saturdays as part of their regular full-time schedule. What You Bring: - 1+ years of professional dispatching experience (preferably in home trades like HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical). - 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role. - Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience with ServiceTitan is a significant plus. - Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to manage high-demand peak seasons. - High School Diploma or GED required.
