Qualifications: Required: - US Citizenship is required. - Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. - Experience: 3–7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. - Methodologies: Experience gathering and documenting requirements in Agile and/or Waterfall environments. - Skills: - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. - Tools: Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite, or similar. - Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking a Business Development Lead to drive Algorand’s tokenization strategy across global financial markets. This person will be responsible for securing deep partnerships with asset owners, fund managers, and tokenization platforms, while supporting the integration of tokenized assets into Algorand’s DeFi ecosystem. This role is ideal for a well-connected, execution-oriented professional who can translate complex financial and technical ideas into commercial partnerships. You’ll help shape Algorand’s global presence in tokenized finance, deepen institutional engagement, and drive adoption of RWAs as composable assets in DeFi.
