CORE RESPONSIBILITIES - Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Growth - - Identify, structure, and close strategic partnerships with asset managers, tokenization platforms, and custodians to bring tokenized products on Algorand (e.g., Treasuries, private credit, institutional funds, real estate, and commodities). - Cultivate partnerships with regulated tokenization providers in key jurisdictions (U.S., EU, UK, UAE) to expand issuance capabilities and cross-border distribution. - Engage directly with financial institutions, family offices, and corporate treasuries to drive adoption of tokenized yield products and onchain capital markets on Algorand. - Collaborate with DeFi protocols (e.g., Folks Finance, Tinyman, Pact) and infrastructure partners to ensure composability and liquidity of tokenized assets across Algorand’s ecosystem - Network Activation & Market Presence - - Leverage an existing professional network to open doors with institutional allocators, fintech innovators, and blockchain-native funds. - Represent Algorand at high-impact industry events and conferences, positioning the Foundation as a credible and forward-looking leader in tokenized finance. - Develop and maintain strategic relationships with financial regulators, custodians, and RWA infrastructure providers to stay ahead of market developments. - Product and Integration EnablementOversee the full lifecycle of partnerships, from deal close through integration, delivery, and long-term growth. - Work closely with technical and product teams to support integration efforts, ensuring compliance with institutional standards (e.g., KYC, Identity, ERC-3643 equivalent frameworks). - Serve as the internal connector, aligning priorities, tracking progress, and removing obstacles to keep initiatives on schedule, whilst maintaining strong partner relationships through consistent communication. - Partner with Head of DeFi to assist in structuring liquidity programs and co-incentives to strengthen RWA adoption and trading activity.
