• Responsible for developing and/or supporting the establishment and maintenance of the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) • Perform detailed analysis and prepare reports to ensure program leadership is provided with accurate and detailed analysis to facilitate decision making • Develop and/or participate in the preparation of schedules for all contract work • Conduct critical path analysis, variance analysis, and Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA) • Stay aware of and incorporate contractual changes into the IMS following developed baseline change guidelines • Provide support for establishing and maintaining the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) • Ensure it aligns with contractual requirements and program objectives • Prepare and present schedule reports to stakeholders, providing actionable insights and maintaining transparency

Job Requirements

  • Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree or Masters +3 yrs experience)
  • Typically 5+ years of related experience
  • Experience with Schedule Management, Industrial Engineering, management consulting, data analytics, finance, or other quantitative or analytical roles in business, program, or operations management
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and data analysis tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
  • Experience in preparing and presenting schedule reports to senior management
