• Drive alignment between business needs and technology by analyzing complex technical requirements and translating them into scalable, integrated solution designs that follow enterprise architecture standards. • Lead the design and execution of high‑quality data migration strategies that maintain performance, ensure data integrity, and minimize operational disruption. • Strengthen business processes by recommending greater use of standard application functionality, reducing complexity, and improving overall capability. • Architect and deliver detailed technical designs and solution architectures for complex systems and integrations that support critical business and user needs. • Oversee the end‑to‑end development lifecycle—including design, configuration, testing, and maintenance—to ensure reliable and effective delivery of key solutions. • Conduct thorough evaluations of solution options by assessing scalability, integration complexity, technical fit, and total cost of ownership across both COTS and custom‑build solutions. • Enhance cross‑functional alignment by collaborating with architects, process owners, engineering teams, vendors, and infrastructure groups to validate requirements, clarify designs, and troubleshoot system performance. • Elevate team capability and solution quality by coaching team members, participating in design and cybersecurity reviews, and ensuring adherence to coding standards, governance requirements, and enterprise guidelines.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Atlassian Cloud products in medium to large environments (1000+ users).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve complex business problems.
  • Strong proficiency in Jira Software, Confluence, and Jira Service Management.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience with Atlassian Marketplace apps and integrations.
  • Familiarity with scripting and automation using Jira Automation, REST APIs, or similar tools (Python, PowerShell, etc. proficiency).

Job Summary The Senior Solution Architect (SSA) is a field-based technical pre-sales role that focuses on developing comprehensive security solutions for CDW customers.
