Vous ferez partie d'une équipe internationale implantée à Paris, Aix-en-Provence, Berlin et Wrocław, et travaillerez dans un environnement dynamique post-fusion acquisition où votre expertise en matière de normes comptables françaises (GAAP) et d'optimisation des processus sera cruciale. Vos Missions - Gestion de bout en bout des comptes fournisseurs : Gérer les comptes fournisseurs de nos entités françaises en veillant au respect des normes légales et fiscales françaises - Suivi rigoureux : Traiter et vérifier les factures des fournisseurs avec une grande attention aux détails, en garantissant un traitement correct de la TVA et le respect du Plan Comptable Général - Trésorerie et rapprochement : Préparer et exécuter les paiements aux fournisseurs, tenir à jour des registres précis de fournisseurs et résoudre les écarts grâce à des actions proactives comme le rapprochement de comptes - Excellence en matière de clôture : Participer aux activités de clôture de fin de mois, de fin de trimestre et de fin d'année, y compris la gestion des charges à payer et des charges constatées d'avance - Gouvernance des dépenses : Vérifier et valider les notes de frais des employés via des systèmes dédiés (Pleo, Perks), en veillant au strict respect des procédures internes - Amélioration continue : vous contribuerez à concevoir et à mettre en œuvre des workflows de facturation fournisseurs capables de soutenir notre croissance Ce qu'il vous faut pour réussir - Une expérience dans le domaine des comptes fournisseurs, de préférence dans un environnement international ou multi-entités - Une expérience professionnelle avec des entités françaises ou dans un environnement comptable français - Une solide compréhension de la réglementation française en matière de TVA et des exigences relatives aux factures fournisseurs - Des connaissances de base des principes comptables français - Plan Comptable Général (PCG) - Expérience des systèmes ERP (la connaissance de Sage ou Netsuite est un plus) - Avoir le souci du détail et une méthodologie de travail structurée - A l'aise pour travailler de manière autonome tout en collaborant avec les équipes de manière transversales - Maîtrise professionnelle complète du français et de l'anglais Ce que nous vous offrons Chez Shiftmove, vous contribuerez à bâtir l’ossature financière de l’une des entreprises SaaS avec la croissance la plus rapide d’Europe, en influençant des décisions clés et en accompagnant le Scale-up des nos opérations sur plusieurs marchés et entités. - Autonomie : nous vous recrutons pour votre expertise et vous faisons confiance pour donner le meilleur de vous-même - Rémunération compétitive : nous offrons un salaire juste et attractif - Responsabilisation : « Make It Happen » (Passe à l’action) est l’une de nos valeurs clés, elle se traduit ici par une réelle confiance, de vraies responsabilités et la liberté d’améliorer les processus - Organisation de travail flexible : Nos bureaux sont situés à Paris et à Aix-en-Provence, Wroclaw. This role plays a critical part in maintaining vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with financial policies, supporting financial reporting, and improving accounts payable processes. The Senior Accounts Payable Specialist acts as a subject matter expert for AP operations, supports internal and external audits, and assists with process improvements and automation initiatives.
