We provide an end-to-end software platform for the live ticketing industry, managing thousands of sports, theater, and live music event tickets on behalf of artists, promoters, teams, venues, and professional resellers. Victory Live’s comprehensive offerings include an established B2B marketplace along with both a full-service and an automated SaaS platform to handle all elements of the ticket sales lifecycle, from ingestion to sales fulfillment. THE POSITION The Business Intelligence Analyst will work closely with team members across Victory Live's Revenue, Partnerships, and Data organizations to help drive smarter decision-making and support business growth. In this role, you will evaluate operational performance across our business, uncover revenue opportunities, and deliver actionable insights that inform strategy at every level of the organization. RESPONSIBILITIES - Analyze sales performance, pricing strategies, and inventory allocation across events and business units - Deliver recurring and ad-hoc reporting on KPIs, revenue trends, and customer behavior - Maintain a portfolio of standardized reporting assets, including dashboards and scheduled deliverables that keep internal stakeholders and external partners informed on key performance metrics - Identify and communicate growth opportunities through data-backed recommendations on sales strategy, pricing, and channel optimization - Support internal stakeholders by creating clear, compelling reports and dashboards that tell the story behind the number, leveraging AI-assisted tools where appropriate to accelerate delivery - Monitor industry trends across live events and secondary marketplaces to inform strategy - Serve as a strategic thought partner across teams including Partnerships, Business Development, Operations, and Data Products REQUIREMENTS - 3–5 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or revenue strategy, ideally within a data-driven commercial and operations environment - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field - Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, Looker) - Experience writing and interpreting SQL queries across relational databases (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, Snowflake) - Demonstrated comfort using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) as part of day-to-day analysis and communication workflows, with the judgment to verify outputs and maintain analytical rigor - Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and translate them into actionable recommendations - Strong communication skills with an ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Victory Live is an equal opportunity employer. The Collection & Monitoring Analyst is a part of UnitedHealth Groups Enterprise Risk Intelligence team supporting open-source intelligence (OSINT) research and monitoring online threat activity related to identified Persons of Interest (POIs) and emerging risks to the organization. This role focuses on collecting, analyzing, and reporting publicly available information to help identify potential security concerns impacting employees, facilities, executives, and operations. The analyst works under the direction of senior intelligence staff and contributes to investigations and monitoring activities by producing timely, accurate, and well-documented intelligence outputs. Solid online research skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with social media and digital platforms are essential for success in this role. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week. Role Description The employee will serve as the Supervisory Management & Program Analyst located in the Peer Support Outreach Center (PSOC), Veterans Crisis Line (VCL). The VCL is a 24-hour, 7-days-a-week, 365-days-a-year service aimed at connecting callers worldwide to a caring, qualified Veterans Administration employee. The VCL's mission is to provide 24/7, world-class suicide prevention and crisis intervention services to Veterans, Service Members and their family members. - Gather, analyze, interpret, and report on data and information collected independently or in collaboration with other VCL and internal and external analysts. - Supervise PSOC areas and programs, ensure goals and objectives, productivity, and compliance requirements are met. Plans and assigns work, by developing performance standards and evaluates performance. - Works directly with PSOC Director on various initiatives and projects. Controls and oversees project milestone and budgets associated with the comprehensive plan from concept through planning to implementation. - Manage workloads, while making adjustments that are necessary to accommodate things such as shifting priorities and employee skill levels ensuring that workload is equitable and manageable. - Monitor and adhere to VHA and VCL regulations, policies, and procedures as well as program guidelines set by external regulatory agencies. - Utilize office automation systems and various software packages including Microsoft Office suite, AVAYA, Power Apps, Power BI, as well as several custom software applications and programs to accomplish work. - Perform data analysis to improve various systems, processes, procedures, and policies. - Manage and resolve complaints; makes decisions on work issues presented by subordinates. - Oversee the development of tools used for information dissemination such as presentations, internal job aids, and other materials and communications. - Collaborate with appropriate VCL departments to initiate and perform safety reviews, audits, and other system checks as indicated. Qualifications - Experience in mental health, suicide prevention, and in the field of peer support. - Specialized Experience: Must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade GS-12 in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. - Must meet 3/5 of the following examples of specialized experience: - Utilize various sources and automated systems to collect, quantify, analyze, and evaluate data; interpret findings and formulate data-driven recommendations. - Document and improve organizational processes to optimize management, productivity, efficiency, and controls. - Deliver briefings, convey information, and present findings and recommendations orally to management and diverse audiences to facilitate understanding and acceptance. - Prepare clear and organized written communications, including data analyses, recommendations, official reports, policies, SOPs, and other program documentation. - Manage office automation systems and various software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office suite, AVAYA, Power Apps, Power BI, and custom applications) to efficiently accomplish program objectives.
