• Own intercompany accounting processes, including cost sharing, management fees, intercompany debt, and interest calculations. • Manage consolidation and elimination processes across all legal entities. • Partner with Treasury to ensure alignment between accounting records and intercompany cash activity. • Manage the general ledger, including chart of accounts governance, account structure, and ongoing GL maintenance, under the direction of the Corporate Controller & VP of Accounting. • Support and co-lead the monthly close process across all entities, ensuring adherence to close timelines and accuracy of reported results. • Review and approve journal entries, accruals, and account analyses, with a focus on intercompany activity and complex accounting areas. • Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, including eliminations, supporting schedules, and supporting commentary. • Ensure completeness and accuracy of assigned balance sheet and income statement accounts. • Oversee preparation and review of monthly balance sheet reconciliations. • Maintain and enhance documentation, controls, and audit trails. • Design, document, and implement scalable accounting processes aligned with Company SOPs. • Partner with Finance, Legal, and Treasury to establish clear ownership and accountability across workflows. • Continuously evaluate and improve close efficiency, intercompany frameworks, and reporting outputs. • Serve as a key liaison for external auditors and during quarterly and annual processes. • Prepare supporting schedules, analyses, and financial commentary. • Ensure compliance with lender and shareholder reporting requirements, including the accurate and timely preparation of monthly financial reporting packages, and support monitoring and adherence to debt covenant compliance through analysis and documentation. • Provide support and training to accounting peers and other team leaders. • Perform complex accounting analyses, including enhancements to consolidation and reporting frameworks. • Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.

This role will report to the VP Global Controller, and will play a critical part in building a global, well-controlled, and scalable finance function that supports both strategic growth and operational precision. In this role, we are looking for someone who has strong experience in and can take ownership of the following areas: Financial Consolidations & Reporting - Preparing consolidated financial statements in a multicurrency environment - Partnering cross-functionally to ensure end-to-end financial accuracy - Overseeing internal and external reporting, including preparation of lender reporting packages and coordination with FP&A. - Supporting statutory and tax filing requirements across international entities. External Audit Management - Managing the audit process, including preparing audited financial statements and PBC documentation. - Ensuring Audit readiness and serving as the primary contact for auditors Policy, Process & Controls - Leading the implementation and management of the internal control framework. - Promoting standardization and automation within accounting operations. - Developing global accounting policies and procedures and overseeing global close governance - Assisting with the implementation and optimization of Netsuite ERP and other financial systems. • Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive set of internal financial controls across payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management. • Own the Philippines statutory compliance calendar, including BIR filings, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and local withholding taxes • Liaise with our external UK accountant on UK compliance obligations (HMRC, Companies House, VAT, year-end) • Manage vendor master file integrity and payment authorization workflows • Own the payroll reconciliation process across all entities • Implement variance analysis to detect and flag anomalies before payment is made • Ensure salary change authorisation processes are documented and followed • Serve as the internal check on our Philippines payroll provider, verifying accuracy and compliance independently • Implement and manage invoice approval workflows and three-way matching processes • Conduct regular accounts receivable aging reviews and follow up on overdue balances • Maintain and enforce payment authorisation thresholds • Define and document credit and collections policy • Own the monthly financial close process, targeting completion within 10–15 business days of month-end • Produce accurate monthly financial statements: income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement • Lead monthly budget-to-actual review and present variances with clear explanations • Maintain balance sheet account reconciliations and journal entry controls • Oversee monthly bank reconciliations across all accounts • Maintain a 13-week rolling cash flow forecast • Lead the annual budgeting process in partnership with the CEO • Create quarterly forecasts that reflect short-term business conditions • Proactively flag financial risks and opportunities based on budget vs. actuals
