  • 3+ years of experience as an Epic Referrals Advisor
  • Experience supporting Epic Revenue Access / Patient Access workflows
  • Registration and Cadence workflow experience (preferred)
  • MyChart Scheduling (Direct, Open, Fast Pass) (preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

As the analyst, supporting Epic Willow Ambulatory and Willow Inpatient you will help to design, develop and maintain the pharmacy related pieces of Epic.
