Pre-Sales Manager – Cloud ERP
Reybex | All-in-One Cloud ERP Software
• Conduct live demos of the reybex ERP platform — for end customers as well as partners and system integrators • Tailor demos to industry, company size and the specific pain points of each stakeholder • Prepare and present use cases, references and ROI arguments • Support proof-of-concept phases and technical evaluations • Work closely with the sales team throughout the entire pre-sales phase — from qualification to proposal • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations and decision documents • Attend customer meetings, trade shows and events as a technical sparring partner • Prepare and support RFP and RFI processes • Train and enable partner organizations (system integrators, agencies, consultants) so they can independently present reybex • Build and maintain demo environments, playbooks and presentation materials • Co-selling support: accompany partners on joint customer meetings • Systematically relay feedback from pre-sales conversations back to product and sales
Job Requirements
- Experience in pre-sales, solution consulting or technical sales — ideally in a SaaS or ERP environment
- Confident presence in demos and customer presentations — you know how to explain complex software clearly and convincingly
- Good understanding of business processes in commerce, e-commerce, procurement, warehousing or manufacturing
- Experience working with partner organizations or channel structures is a plus
- Structured, independent working style with high self-motivation and a strong customer focus
- Strong communication skills at eye level — whether with CEOs, IT managers or logistics leads
- Very good German skills (C2); English is an advantage

As the Regional Sales Manager – Obstruction Lighting (Europe), you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, market penetration, and profitability across the European region for obstruction lighting solutions. Acting as the regional commercial lead, you will develop and execute sales strategies, manage distributor and representative channels, and build strong customer relationships across telecommunications, wind energy, aviation, and infrastructure markets. This role plays a key part in expanding SPX’s AtoN presence in Europe while ensuring alignment with applicable ICAO, EASA, and country-specific regulatory requirements. What you can expect in this role (Job Responsibilities) While each day brings new opportunities at SPX, your core responsibilities will be: 1. Sales Leadership & Strategy - Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue, bookings, and margin targets for obstruction lighting products across Europe. - Own regional forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting, providing accurate visibility to leadership. - Identify and pursue new growth opportunities within core end markets, including telecom towers, wind farms, airports, and large infrastructure projects. 2. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with Operations and Supply Chain teams to support order execution, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction. - Work closely with Finance on pricing, forecasting, and contract review. - Support regional marketing initiatives, including product launches and promotional campaigns. What we are looking for (Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education) We each bring something to the table, and we are looking for someone who has: Required Experience - 7+ years of progressive sales experience in technical, industrial, or infrastructure-related products. - Demonstrated success managing distributor or representative sales models across multiple European countries. - Proven ability to meet or exceed regional revenue and growth targets. Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Experience in obstruction lighting, wind energy, telecom infrastructure, or similarly regulated markets. - Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. - Ability to operate effectively in a cross-cultural, multi-country environment. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market data into actionable sales strategies.
