Role Description This remote or onsite position reports directly to the Sr. Manager, Programs & Implementations. As a Program Manager, your core responsibility will be to plan, coordinate, and deliver Genfare programs to ensure a high-quality customer experience. This will be achieved through managing, directing, and coordinating activities across all assigned projects to ensure objectives are accomplished within defined timeframes, scope, and budget constraints. You will guide customers through Genfare’s standard implementation process, delivering structured and practical solutions to complex operational and technical challenges while ensuring consistent execution of project delivery processes. Principal Duties and Responsibilities - Review project proposals or plans to determine timeframe, funding limitations, procedures, staffing requirements, and resource allocation - Define and actively manage project schedules, milestones, risks, and issue logs - Coordinate activities of cross-functional project teams to ensure projects progress on schedule and within budget - Lead implementation of projects, working directly with customers to support user acceptance testing (UAT) and production migration - Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, third-party vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders - Track, manage, and report project status, deliverables, risks, and key performance indicators to stakeholders - Support business requirements gathering and use-case definition in collaboration with Solution teams - Ensure deliverables meet requirements for technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost - Drive issue resolution and maintain clear communication across all project stakeholders - Contribute to continuous improvement of project execution processes and documentation standards - Requires up to 40% travel Qualifications - 5+ years of project management experience - Experience in Public Transit and/or fare collection systems is required - Technical knowledge in SaaS, on-premises software, mobile applications, electronic payments, and hardware systems - Experience with cloud-based project tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Smartsheet Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field - 10+ years of technical professional experience Preferred Education / Experience - 5+ years of project management experience with complex implementations in matrixed organizations - 5+ years of client-facing project management experience - PMP certification - Experience with fare collection systems in the transportation industry Benefits - Generous and flexible paid time off including paid personal time off, caregiver, parental, and volunteer leave - Competitive health insurance plans and 401(k) match, with benefits starting day one - Competitive and performance-based compensation packages and bonus plans - Educational assistance, leadership development programs, and recognition programs

As the Regional Sales Manager – Obstruction Lighting (Europe), you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, market penetration, and profitability across the European region for obstruction lighting solutions. Acting as the regional commercial lead, you will develop and execute sales strategies, manage distributor and representative channels, and build strong customer relationships across telecommunications, wind energy, aviation, and infrastructure markets. This role plays a key part in expanding SPX’s AtoN presence in Europe while ensuring alignment with applicable ICAO, EASA, and country-specific regulatory requirements. What you can expect in this role (Job Responsibilities) While each day brings new opportunities at SPX, your core responsibilities will be: 1. Sales Leadership & Strategy - Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue, bookings, and margin targets for obstruction lighting products across Europe. - Own regional forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting, providing accurate visibility to leadership. - Identify and pursue new growth opportunities within core end markets, including telecom towers, wind farms, airports, and large infrastructure projects. 2. Channel & Customer Management - Recruit, onboard, and manage distributors, agents, and representative partners to ensure effective market coverage and capability. - Establish clear performance expectations for channel partners and conduct regular business reviews against agreed sales plans. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, EPCs, developers, and regulatory stakeholders. - Support major bids, tenders, and framework agreements, including pricing strategy and deal negotiation. 3. Market Development & Product Support - Serve as the regional commercial subject-matter expert for obstruction lighting applications and standards. - Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to align customer needs with product roadmaps and certifications. - Monitor competitive activity, market trends, and regulatory developments to inform regional strategy. - Represent SPX at industry trade shows, customer events, and relevant industry forums across Europe. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with Operations and Supply Chain teams to support order execution, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction. - Work closely with Finance on pricing, forecasting, and contract review. - Support regional marketing initiatives, including product launches and promotional campaigns. What we are looking for (Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education) We each bring something to the table, and we are looking for someone who has: Required Experience - 7+ years of progressive sales experience in technical, industrial, or infrastructure-related products. - Demonstrated success managing distributor or representative sales models across multiple European countries. - Proven ability to meet or exceed regional revenue and growth targets. Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Experience in obstruction lighting, wind energy, telecom infrastructure, or similarly regulated markets. - Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. - Ability to operate effectively in a cross-cultural, multi-country environment. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market data into actionable sales strategies. Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. - Relevant technical or commercial training in lighting, or infrastructure markets is a plus. Travel & Working Environment - Ability to travel extensively within Europe (typically 40–60%). - Home-based role with frequent customer, distributor, and site visits.
