Sales Director – Nordics, NL, DACH

• Working according to Insightec Quality Policy, relevant Quality Procedures & Standards, and privacy & safety rules. • Drives, manages and executes the business and revenue of the Region • Defines annually the region’s business goals (orders and sales), per quarter and per country, manages and leads the sales team • Analyses regional market dynamics in an effort to maximize existing successes and to create new sales growth opportunities • Prepares forecasts and growth plans • Establishes and reports on metrics to measure team performance; corrects deficiencies where necessary • Ensures that the regional sales plan is aligned with and supports the EMEA revenue goal • Prepares regular sales reports using CRM tools, highlighting sales volume, potential growth areas, and strategies for client base expansion • Acts as the face of Insightec at industry congresses and meetings to enhance product visibility and market presence. • Recruits, hires and trains staff members; fosters a successful and positive team environment; develops and coaches Sales leaders • Works closely with the Head of CAMs to achieve company goals in the number of treatments • Works with the Head of marketing to define marketing plans for the region • Works with the Head of Market Access in leading the process of obtaining reimbursement, defining a reimbursement strategy • Supports the regulatory team in preparation and implementation of the regulatory plan. • Defines the human resources needs together with the EMEA VP and the Head of HR • Able to generate positive cooperations with the different Insightec functions supporting the territory • Necessary strengths as resilience, positiveness, problem solving, customer focus, teamwork member, out of the box thinking.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years in the medical devices industry, specifically in the sale of high-value capital for imaging and/or therapy equipment to hospitals.
  • Proven Success: A strong track record in large capital sales and business closure, ideally involving disruptive technologies.
  • Networking Skills: A robust professional network within relevant healthcare sectors is a plus.
  • Business Development: Experience in business development is preferred.
  • Leadership Experience: Previous experience in sales management is key.
  • Self-Motivated: A self-starter with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong structured and conceptual thinking abilities, complemented by a hands-on approach.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluent written and spoken English
  • Team Collaboration: A collaborative team player who works well across functions.
  • Integrity: A high level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Problem-Solving: Creative and resourceful in addressing challenges and finding solutions.
