• Provide technical leadership and expertise in customer's security transformation journey • Define technical solutions securing customer’s key business imperatives • Evangelize industry leadership in on-prem, cloud, and security operations services • Meet and exceed sales quotas by building and implementing strategic, technical account plans • Build customer relationships to achieve increased productivity and operational efficiency • Conduct discovery to understand and articulate key technical, operational, and commercial imperatives • Work closely with Professional Services, Customer Success and Specialist teams • Demonstrate strong communication skills and conduct impactful engagements
Job Requirements
- 6+ years experience in pre-sales/sales engineering
- Skilled in at least one of the following Networking, Network Security, Cybersecurity, Private/Public Cloud Security, SOC/Endpoint or SASE
- Influencing and gaining buy-in from key stakeholders
- Creating and delivering technical presentations, workshops, or technical validation engagements
- Experience in selling, designing, implementing, or managing one or more of the following solutions: Network Security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP and/or SOC
- Experience in complex sales involving long sales processes with multiple buying centers
- Proficient in English and Arabic.

The Citrix/Client Endpoint Engineer is responsible for the design, engineering, deployment, operational support, and continuous improvement of enterprise end‑user computing platforms, including Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix DaaS, Azure Cloud PCs (Windows 365), and corporate Windows client environments, across on‑premises, cloud, and hybrid infrastructures, including Microsoft Azure.
