• Understand the problems faced by organizations and link them to the right data and analytics solutions that support our clients in reaching their ambitions and meeting their challenges; • Assess and determine our clients’ organizational maturity in preparation of a data transformation; • guide organizations in this transformation towards a data-driven organization by collecting business, functional, and technical requirements, and preparing personas; • Visualize and incorporate your insights into clear presentations for stakeholders; • Use data storytelling to explain insights derived from the data to the client; • Design and implement data architectures on cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP) and build state-of-the-art data engineering pipelines for Analytics and (Generative) AI solutions; • Build, optimize, and test ML & (Gen) AI models; • Implement and scale solutions using CI/CD frameworks and Cloud automation (MLOps); • Prepare and facilitate meetings and presentations and lead client workshops; • Develop yourself and contribute to internal projects like creating innovative propositions, developing leading technologies, working on client proposals, and attending internal trainings and courses;
Job Requirements
- A (wo) university master’s degree, preferably in the field of Data Science, Big Data, Econometrics, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Business Information Management, or related studies;
- Relevant technical experience with programming in Python and SQL, preferably with knowledge of CI/CD-processes and Cloud-automation;
- Insights into data strategies, data transformations and/or data management (DAMA DMBOK);
- Experience running data analyses with tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake or Databricks;
- Preferably knowledge of/ experience in design thinking or service design Strategic and organizational capabilities;
- Strong communication skills with an excellent command of written and spoken English (level C1 or C2);
- Having developed yourself in activities and skills that display your organizational and strategical skills.
