Process Analyst – Well Engineering

• Process Mapping (Macro and Detailed): • Define and document the logical sequence of activities performed by different teams and/or management to deliver a product or service. • Conduct mapping through collaborative meetings with stakeholders. • Act as a facilitator, organizing and structuring activities into a logical flow. • Start with a macro-level understanding of activities and, as consensus is reached, break down activities into more detailed levels. • Ensure that process mapping establishes continuity and sustainability, enabling executors and suppliers to know what must be done and what internal/external customers expect to receive. • Map the different ways activities are executed in the Execution Standards (PE), aligned with the structure of Process Standards (PP) and Guidelines. • Record process flows using modeling tools or a combination of spreadsheets and MS Office text editors.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with active CREA registration (Brazilian Engineering Council).
  • Experience in offshore wells.
  • Experience with ARIS and/or Bizagi.
  • As-Is and To-Be process modeling.
  • BPMN and/or EPC notations.
  • Macro Flow Diagram.
  • Swimlane Diagram.
  • SIPOC.
  • RACI Matrix.
  • Technical manuals.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Intermediate English.
