Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, R&D programs, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Reliability Availability Maintainability Safety (RAMS)), coordinate and support cross-functional project execution, and lead the management of risks, savings, and opportunities—ensuring compliance with Alstom's standards and processes—and much more." We’ll look to you for: - Contributing to successful Project execution on allocated sub-system scope of work by applying Project Strategy according to defined contractual and Project commitments and targets. , - Actively contributing to overall Project performance by identifying and timely alerting deviations at the sub-system level that impact project objectives. , - Managing risks, savings, and opportunities associated with the sub-system scope of work. , - Ensuring compliance with applicable rules, instructions, standards, processes, and tools, including Code of Ethics & Compliance, Environment Health & Safety, Railway Safety, Quality, PMM, and all relevant Métiers. , - Leading and coordinating sub-system activities and stakeholders from requirement capture/analysis to the end of project contractual obligations within the sub-system scope. , - Achieving QCDP (Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Performance) objectives for the sub-system. , - Cascading and allocating sub-system requirements and QCDP objectives to team members. , - Planning, monitoring, controlling, and managing sub-system end-to-end activities, including scope, schedule, resources, cost, risks, savings, and opportunities.
