Financial Analyst
Air Apps
• Support the month-end closing activities and related reporting. • Prepare recurring and ad-hoc financial reports to support decision-making. • Performing accounting records, bank transactions and support tax compliance activities. • Collaborate with teams such as Product, Marketing and Operations to gather data and align financial insights with business goals. • Support the review and reconciliation of expense reports, bank statements, AR balances and AP balances. • Support cash flow monitoring and cost analysis efforts. • Contribute to the continuous improvement and automation of financial processes and tools, including ERP and expense management systems. • Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data through careful review and reconciliation activities.
Job Requirements
- Approximately 1 year of experience in finance, financial analysis, accounting, or a related area.
- Degree in Finance, Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Comfort working with Excel or Google Sheets; experience with financial systems or ERPs (such as Netsuite, Payhawk, Ramp, or similar tools) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
