Description AVP, Assistant Controller (2026-39) Overview The AVP, Assistant Controller is a senior leader within the accounting function, responsible for overseeing general accounting operations and ensuring the timely, accurate execution of financial close, reporting, and audit processes. This role leads General Ledger activities, maintains strong internal controls, and ensures compliance with US GAAP and regulatory requirements. This position partners cross-functionally with FP&A, Financial Technology, and other key stakeholders to enhance financial systems, improve data integrity, and drive transparency across the organization. The role also supports financial planning and analysis activities, leads process and system improvements, manages the annual audit process, and develops high-performing teams to support operational excellence. Work Environment This position offers a flexible work arrangement; hybrid or remote. Compensation Compensation is based upon work location: - Charlotte, NC; Miami, FL; San Antonio, TX: $125,000 – $133,000 - Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; Fresno, CA; Buffalo, NY: $133,000 – $140,000 - Houston, TX; Minneapolis, MN; Johnston, RI: $135,000 – $143,000 - Chicago, IL; Philadelphia, PA; Voorhees, NJ: $141,000 – $149,000 - Los Angeles, CA; Boston, MA: $147,000 – $155,000 - New York, NY; San Francisco, CA: $157,000 – $166,000 This position is also eligible for an annual performance-based incentive targeting 20% of base pay. Our competitive compensation package includes, medical, dental, orthodontia, and vision coverage, a student loan repayment program, a 403(b) retirement plan with substantial company match, discounted pet insurance, and generous paid time off.
