SVP Operations
Second Nature
• Partner with the leadership team to define and operationalize company strategy. Translate priorities into clear plans, metrics, and accountability across teams. • Design and execute the roadmap to scale by 10x without a linear increase in headcount. Build systems and processes that scale efficiently with increasing complexity and volume. • Identify and implement automation and AI solutions across the customer lifecycle. Apply LLMs, RPA, and workflow automation to reduce manual intervention, improve quality, and accelerate velocity. • Own and reduce Operating Expense as a % of Revenue. Drive measurable improvements in gross margin by optimizing resource allocation and technical leverage. • Overhaul key processes to improve speed, accuracy, and reliability. Elevate onboarding, success and support functions through intuitive, tech-enabled experiences. • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to ensure the "voice of operations" informs the roadmap. Drive the development of internal tools and self-service capabilities that unlock scale.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of operational leadership experience, with at least 4 years in a senior executive role within a high-growth technology environment
- Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams across onboarding, operations, product, and customer experience
- Direct experience overseeing digital transformation projects or implementing AI-driven operational tools
- Demonstrated success improving efficiency and unit economics
- Familiarity with the PropTech ecosystem and its unique data/implementation challenges is a significant plus

Provider Operations Manager

• Own contribution margin performance across the state project portfolio. Manage utilization, burn rates, and forecast accuracy in partnership with finance • Ensure consistent, on-time, on-budget delivery across all state projects. Establish and maintain project governance including risk management, escalation protocols, quality assurance, and standardized PM/agile methodology • Serve as the senior client relationship owner for state accounts. Drive organic growth through strategic account planning, cross-sell and expansion conversations, and proactive identification of follow-on opportunities • Manage and develop a cross-functional delivery team including delivery managers, project managers, software engineers, interoperability analysts, and QA engineers. Maintain a forward-looking 60–90 day resourcing outlook • Standardize delivery processes, reporting, estimating, and agile practices across the portfolio. Build repeatable operational practices that support PHT’s growth and scaling objectives • Partner with the Technical & Offerings function to ensure architecture consistency, standards compliance, and reuse of repeatable solutions across projects • Collaborate with Growth & Market Development on strategic account planning and pursuit support for existing client expansion opportunities • Participate as a member of the PHT leadership team, contributing to division strategy, OKR development, and cross-functional decision-making
