TRIO is looking for a Clinical Outsourcing Analyst (referred to internally as Clinical Outsourcing Unit Manager) to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Director, Procurement and Pricing Operations, this position will be remote-based in the United States. Responsibilities: - Supports the design and maintenance of Clinical Outsourcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)/Procedures, activity trackers, tools (budget templates, budget review tools, etc.). - Provides oversight of Third Part Organizations (TPOs) budgets, including monthly review of TPO activities. - Forecast budget reconciliation and negotiation of change orders, as required under the supervisor’s guidance, such as: - Ensures compliance with TRIO standard operating procedures (SOPs) pertaining to contracts and budgets associated to the services provided by Third Parties Organizations (TPOs). - Be knowledgeable of contract terms and conducts ongoing monthly review of the TPO activities to determine compliance to the contract and budget specifications. - Participates in negotiation of change orders and performs budget amendments as required or as directed by the Global Coordinator - Reviews the billing information for compliance and accuracy prior to submitting to the finance department for processing. - Negotiates Master Service Agreement (MSA) and creates standard budget grids with the TPO’s with direction from the supervisor. - Performs quality control on TPO file and works with COU Specialist to resolve issues or discrepancies and reaches out to parties involved for additional information when necessary This position is not considered a people manager, therefore has no direct reports. Reporting to the CRA Line Manager, this position will be a remote full-time freelance position based in Ireland. Reporting to a CRA Line Manager, this position will be home-based in Italy. Responsibilities: - Conducting site visits, including pre-study, initiation, monitoring, and termination; - Confirming adherence to all FDA, ICH-GCP and local regulations; - Ensuring the completion and collection of regulatory documents; - Performing data verification of source documents; - Ensuring implementation and compliance with FDA, ICH-GCP guidelines; - Participating in budget negotiation and follow-up where applicable; - Assisting with data validation and query resolution; - Mentoring junior team members as required. Qualifications: - A minimum of 2 years of monitoring experience in oncology trials - Minimum 5 years of previous CRA experience - Experience in monitoring early-phase trials - Read, write and speak fluent English - Completion of a science-related Bachelor’s degree - Excellent knowledge of medical terminology and clinical monitoring process - Strong ICH-GCPs knowledge - Experience with clinical trial information systems - Ability to travel up to 60% on average - Ability to mentor and train new/junior CRAs on-site in a positive and effective manner What TRIO Can Offer You: - Competitive salary - Paid annual leave - Health insurance plan - Flexible working hours - Luggage allowance - Mobile phone allowance Pay Range: 55,000.00 to 65,000.00 Euro - Salary to be influenced (or determined) by the education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Reporting to the MR Administrator Manager, this position will be home-based in Edmonton. This position is a full-time, hourly position for the months of May – August 2026. Responsibilities: This position is responsible for performing any/all of the following tasks and responsibilities, as well as any other tasks deemed appropriate by the Supervisor: - In preparation for trial data analysis, produce trackers on outstanding data entry, open queries and outstanding SDV at the frequency required by the Study Lead MRc - Status update reports, as required, using a Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) - Updating and configuring of large Excel files (tens of thousands of rows) extracted from various systems, in order for the team to perform data analytics - Work extensively with data in Excel using advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, CONCATENATE, Pivot tables, and advanced formulas such as IF, IF AND, TODAY - Participate in the support of the MR team - Other duties as necessary Qualifications: - Related Degree in progress - Advanced knowledge in Excel and the ability to format large amounts of data. - 1-year work experience - Effective organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail - Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and prioritize work effectively What We Can Offer You: - $18.00 per hour - 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday - Remote Work Arrangement - Temporary Summer Work Term We thank all candidates for their interest; only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
